Potatoes:

When planting apply 50g per m length of furrow, then feed at a rate of 50g per m2 monthly until harvest. Water in well.

Vegetables and Flowers:

Apply 100g every 6 weeks per m2 and work topsoil. Water in Well

Roses, Fruit Trees and Shrubs:

Apply at a rate of 200g per plant, around the circumference of the plants, at a distance of 20cm from the trunk. Water in well. Apply every 6 weeks from September to April

Note - One small handful equals approximately 40g.
